Petty Knife Hybrid yellow

The first of the ST Gourmet Knives line!
A Utility knife with 14cm blade, the most peculiar feature is the geometry of the blade.
Thanks to the S-grind you have a different cutting experience, the CNC milled part is hollow so that the food cannot stick, while the thickness behind the edge is really thin to have an excellent penetration.
The bead-blasted finish with glass microspheres is easy to clean and resistant, the final band is hand satin
 The cryogenic heat treatment is made by me personally
 Handle, removable and replaceable, made in hybrid of stabilized poplar burl and resin made in Italy
